💷 Pay: Starting at entry-level rate, with pay rises as you train and develop

💥 The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Production Operative / Trainee Mixer who’s ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. You’ll start by learning the ropes on the production line, then for the right person — we’ll train you up to become a Mixing Operative.

No two days are the same, and if you’re someone who enjoys being on your feet, working with your hands, and seeing real results from your graft — you’ll love it here.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Support production processes to ensure top-quality products are made on time

  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently

  • Measure, weigh and mix materials once trained

  • Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times

  • Keep your work area clean and organised

⭐ Ideal Experience (But Not Essential!)

  • Experience in mixing, food, cosmetics, or similar production environments

  • Understanding of BRC/GMP standards

  • A good head for numbers and detail
