⏰ Hours: ⏰ Full-time, permanent, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for existing merchants
Reducing churn through exceptional customer support
Processing and activating new orders efficiently
Handling merchant queries (terminal issues, account blocks, compliance requests)
Providing aftersales support — collecting reviews & referrals
Cross-selling and upselling additional services
Converting new leads into active merchants
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
