⏰ Hours:
⏰ Rotating weekly shifts:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    ⏰ Monday to Friday
    ⏰ Overtime available (voluntary, not mandatory)

We’re recruiting 4 x Production Operatives for immediate starts in the Bradford BD4 area. As a Production Operative, you’ll start through 10 Recruitment with a clear pathway to a permanent Production Operative position following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Assisting with machine operation and production processes

  • Handling goods in/out as required

  • Maintaining quality and safety standards

  • Supporting team targets and production output

Essential / Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience as a Production Operative (advantageous, not essential)

  • Background in manufacturing, machine operation, goods out, or textiles

  • Willingness to learn — full training provided

Progression Opportunities

  • Quality Control (QC)
