Job Description:

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical Bias)

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias looking for a stable role with good earning potential?

Location: Bradford

Salary: £42,000 – £46,000 OTE (including overtime)

Must Haves:

Maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
Experience working on production machinery and equipment
Hands-on and proactive approach
Ability to work independently and within a team

Hours:

Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts

1 week: 06:00 – 14:30
1 week: 13:30 – 22:00
2 weeks: 08:00 – 16:30

Overtime available at time and a half

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on maintenance role within a well-established manufacturing business.

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery, helping to minimise downtime and keep the site running efficiently.

The business is open to engineers with either a mechanical or electrical bias, providing you have experience maintaining industrial machinery and are comfortable supporting a variety of maintenance activities across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
• Fault finding and repairing production machinery
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Participating in the on-call rota

• A hands-on Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias
• Experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, proactive and safety-conscious approach
• Team player with a positive attitude
