Industrial Powder Coater

Salary: £15.50 per hour + overtime at time and a half
Hours: Monday–Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm | Friday 6:00am–1:00pm
Working Week: 39 hours

10 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Powder Coater on behalf of an established industrial coatings company.

The position offers varied work, coating everything from small nuts and bolts through to large steel frames and fabricated components.

You'll be working with both conveyorised coating lines and box ovens, ensuring products are finished to the required standards.

The Role:

• Applying powder coatings to a wide range of industrial components.
• Working on conveyorised coating lines and with box ovens.
• Coating small components through to large fabricated steel frames.
• Working with etch priming, priming and top coating processes.
• Preparing components for coating.
• Ensuring consistent coverage and high-quality finishes.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience within industrial powder coating.
• Knowledge of etch priming, priming and top coating.
• Experience working with conveyorised coating lines or box ovens.
• Ability to work with components of varying sizes.
• Good attention to detail.
• A practical, reliable approach to work.

Working Hours & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am–1:00pm
• 39 hours per week
• £15.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at time and a half, including occasional Saturday mornings when required.
